Refund Policy

I stand behind all of my plugins 100%.

I’ve created these plugins to make life easier for you. If you feel that you’re having trouble getting one of my plugins to work the way you want, please let me know so we can either write better documentation or make the interface easier to use.

I will be happy to consider a refund within the first 30 days of your purchase if you are unable to get the plugin to install properly on your website or if the plugin fails to perform the basic functions as designed and you have worked with me to try to resolve these issues. Refunds will be granted at my sole discretion. Refunds do not apply to product upgrades or annual renewals. No refunds will be given after 30 days from the initial purchase. Please note that by purchasing the product, you agree to the terms of the Refund Policy.

If you’ve purchased one of my plugins and it doesn’t work the way you expected, let me know, and if it’s something that’s fairly minor and is general enough to be desirable by others, then I’ll add in that functionality at no charge.

If it’s an actual bug, of course, I want to know and fix it ASAP – usually within 24 hours.

For more significant or application-specific modifications, I do offer custom solutions.

The best policy, though, is – if you’re not sure about something, check out the demo or contact us and ask. I usually respond within 24 hours.
