The WooCommerce UPS Toolbox takes your order information, passes it onto UPS, and retrieves the shipping labels, saving you all the time and hassle of doing it manually. You can chose to have the labels created instantly at checkout or you can choose to create them on an order-by-order basis. Either way, you don’t have to enter any shipping info, since al of that is already stored in WooCommerce.
Effortlessly Pass on Tracking Info to Your Customers
If you like to provide your customers with tracking information, You’ll be happy to know that they’ll receive the tracking number(s) automatically without you ever having to lift a finger. If they happen to log on to your site to look at their order, they’ll also see the tracking info displayed there as well.
In Case That Wasn’t Enough, How About Packing Slips?
That’s right! Packing slips. You get a separate email with a packing slip that you can have sent to your warehouse or print and include in the package. You can even customize the layout however you like!

What If I Have Trouble Setting It Up?
I’ve made every effort to make this plugin as user-friendly as possible, but it does require that you fill in a lot of information before it will work properly, and although I am including a readme file that should lead you every step of the way, if you do run into a problem, you can reply to your order email with any question, and I’ll do my best to get thing squared away as quickly as possible.
Fresh Out of the Oven: UPS Shipping Rates
The latest feature is UPS Shipping rate calculation. If you’re already using a UPS Shipping rate plugin, you can continue using it, but if you haven’t, you can use the UPS Toolbox for shipping rate calculation.
The Story
I was approached by a guy who sold perishable goods and wanted to be able to offer ground shipping to customers living close enough that UPS would deliver within 2 days. I started digging into the documentation of the UPS API, and what I found was astonishing! UPS allows you to do a lot more than just get shipping rates from their servers – you can do virtually anything you can do from their website programmatically – meaning that this functionality can be packaged into a plugin. I was a bit amazed when I looked around and there weren’t really any plugins out there for WooCommerce that took advantage of much of this. All anyone was doing was getting shipping rates. Sure, you can buy a plugin to integrate with shipstation, which you’ll then have to pay a monthly fee to use, but why should you have to pay for something and then continue to pay to use it, when you could just pay for a plugin once and use it forever? I set a goal to create a plugin that would take full advantage of all functionality allowed by UPS. Currently, I’m only scraping the surface – creating labels, providing tracking info to the customer, and sending the seller a packing slip email (which could be sent to your fulfillment warehouse, if applicable or just printed and included in the package itself). If you want to offer free or flat rate ground shipping, you can do that too.

Enhanced Tracking
Another feature I’m going to include is enhanced tracking, which not only displays the tracking number , but also displays the shipping status in a similar fashion as what you’d see on Amazon. You might even want to give your customers an option to receive an email notification from you when their shipping status changes or is delivered.
Estimated Delivery Dates
Now Available as of 12/26/2015!!!
If you’ve ever ordered anything on Amazon, you’ve probably seen the notice that says “order by 2pm and get it as early as (some date). I will incorporate the time in transit functionality and display the estimated delivery date for all shipping methods, giving your customers more incentive to order right away. Additionally, you can give your customers an option to specify a desired delivery date, which would filter available shipping methods (if they choose a date that’s 2 days out, for example, ground and 3 day shipping would be disabled)

Compatibility
WooCommerce UPS Toolbox is compatible with WordPress version 3.5.1 through 4.4 and WooCommerce 2.0.x and 2.4.x
Prerequisites
Your Hosting environment should be running PHP 5.3 or later and the SOAP PHP extension. Most web hosts have this already, and those that don’t can enable this if you contact them about it.
Also, you should have your WP Memory Limit set to at least 96MB (?)To check this, navigate to Woocommerce>System Status in your admin panel.
