Description
PO orders don’t go to the fulfilment inbox. They go to whoever approves credit and raises the invoice. Mixing them in with every other order notification is how POs sit unapproved for three days.
This add-on lets you specify separate notification addresses for purchase order checkouts, so accounts receivable gets them directly. Multiple addresses, comma separated. Requires the WooCommerce Purchase Order Payment Gateway.
What it does
- Set one or more email addresses that receive new-order notifications for PO checkouts only
- Comma-separate multiple recipients
- Normal order emails carry on as usual for every other payment method
